The much-anticipated Roberto’s Abu Dhabi is officially open for business on Al Maryah Isand.
The waterfront restaurant, which is located within the Rosewood Hotel, is the second for the home-grown brand which launched in Dubai’s DIFC in 2012 and a popular addition to the capital’s fine-dining scene.
Offering quality Italian food in a cosmopolitan environment, Roberto’s Abu Dhabi provides the signature dishes Roberto’s Dubai is renowned for, but has a menu filled with culinary twists.
With the help of 2 Michelin star Chef Enrico Bartolini as dedicated Chief Culinary Advisor, the team behind the Abu Dhabi restaurant has created a classic-contemporary tribute to Italy.
“We are keen on respecting traditions of the past while implementing resolutely modern techniques and unexpected alliances in taste,” says Executive Chef Francesco Guarracino. Roberto’s Abu Dhabi, which has its own lounge area, crudo station and open air terrace, is open daily from 12pm to 2am.

Real estate tokenisation project
Dubai launched the pilot phase of its real estate tokenisation project last month.
The initiative focuses on converting real estate assets into digital tokens recorded on blockchain technology and helps in streamlining the process of buying, selling and investing, the Dubai Land Department said.
Dubai’s real estate tokenisation market is projected to reach Dh60 billion ($16.33 billion) by 2033, representing 7 per cent of the emirate’s total property transactions, according to the DLD.
