Jason Yang, the former chef at Hakkasan in Dubai is bringing dishes from the streets of China to the UAE. He’s the brains behind Kuai restaurant in Dubai’s newest and coolest district Box Park which is set to open later this month. Kuai translates to ‘fast’ in Chinese and chef’s aim is to serve garden fresh, additive-free food - including many gluten-free options - in a relaxed environment.
Think clean Chinese cuisine with a twist and a restaurant interior inspired by street-art and you’ll get the general idea.
