Traditional upscale Indian cuisine from celebrated chef Sanjeev Kapoor is served with a modern twist. The set menu includes some the restaurant’s signature dishes, such as tawa sarson mahi (mustard fish on brioche); nimboo baghari bhindi (made with okra and lemon) and Mathania prawns.
