Asia de Cuba Abu Dhabi has a line-up of summer promotions highlighted by this weekend’s Carnival of Santiago de Cuba. The festival, on Friday July 7, and Saturday July 8, will showcase Latin cuisine, culture, music and dancing. There will also be a series of culinary experiences from the brand’s executive chef Luis Pous. Guests are encouraged to dress in Latin carnival garb to celebrate the event.
The Cuban fusion restaurant has also launched Havana Nights, where Cuban culture, cigars, music and dancing are on full display — along with a 50 per cent discount on select beverages (Wednesdays to Saturdays from 9pm to 2am).
For foodies, the popular beachside eatery has also introduced a new spice menu, designed by chef Pous. The set menu includes a host of summer dishes packed with Cuban spices. It will be available Saturday to Wednesday from 6pm to 7.45pm until September 30 for Dh140. Call 02 699 3333
