Dubbed Boston’s original hippie ice-cream company, Emack & Bolio’s has come to the capital. Established in 1975 and known Stateside for its creative flavours, handmade chocolates and rock ‘n’ roll heritage, the parlour can be found in Dalma Mall.
Emack & Bolio’s boasts a menu of 30 original flavours including Deep Purple Cow which combines black raspberry ice-cream with white and dark chocolate chips.
All ice-creams, milkshakes and flavoured yoghurts are made with cow’s milk from Massachusetts. And for those feeling especially brave, try out the 28-scoop mega sundae or Emack’s ice-cream pizza.
