UAE flight deals as the weather cools down

From bonus Skywards miles to free flights with du, here are three of the best flight deals this Autumn.

First Flight Bonus with Emirates

Benefits: Join Emirates' frequent flyer programme and earn up to 5,000 welcome air miles for your first flight as a member. The first flights must be booked within six months of joining to receive the bonus miles. The class of travel determines the rewards earned, with 2,500 miles for an economy booking, 2,500 for business and 5,000 for first class. Beware of: Codeshare flight numbers and flights on other aircraft are not eligible for the First Flight Bonus.

Cathay Pacific business class fares from Dh6,445

Benefits: Cathay Pacific is offering reduced business class fares from Dubai to all of its destinations worldwide. Book before October 15 to take advantage of deals, such as a return to 22 destinations in China from Dh6,445, Hong Kong from Dh7,885 or Japan from Dh7,615. Return business fares to the US and Canada start from Dh16,315. Beware of: The deal does not apply to outbound travel during the Eid break.

Benefits: Subscribe to du's Smart Plan or Emirati Plan 300 on a 10GB, 12-month contract this month and receive a free return flight to one of 23 destinations, including locations across the Middle East, Europe and South East Asia. Two weeks after activating their plan, customers will receive an SMS with a code to access the campaign website. They can then upload their details and select their flight. Beware of: The offer ends on September 30 or when supplies run out.
