Video: Working through the night on the Louvre Abu Dhabi

As the sun sets everyday, men arrive on the Louvre Abu Dhabi construction site on Saadiyat Island to start their 10-hour night shift. The shift is crucial for concrete work as higher temperatures not only speed the rate at which concrete dries, making it harder to work with, but also increase the likelihood of cracking, a problem that is also exacerbated by the concrete's ultimate strength.
