More than 100 plant and flower installations will go on show from July 21 at Dubai’s BurJuman Centre – and some of them will actually serenade shoppers, thanks to an ingenious sound system.
Other highlights of the festival include Musical Stairs, a stairway within the mall that will double as a “piano” (each stair emits a note from the musical scale as you run up and down). Also check out the Magical Night Garden, filled with “glowing” bulbs and blooms.
Sign up for interactive workshops for both adults and children, from princess makeovers (definitely one for the kids – or is it?) and the art of ikebana (Japanese flower arranging) to flora-inspired cake decoration, still-life drawing and nature photography.
