Get your yoga mat out for Full Moon Yoga classes at the Showcase Gardens in Al Barari next year.
Al Barari has introduced a series of yoga event that will be held under the open sky. With the moonlight as a guide, participants will be taken through one hour sessions of asanas and breathing exercises to relax the body and mind and promote positive and calming thoughts, The session will end with the group settling down for a Fruits of the Forest tea at The Farm.
