It was called The Long Night, which proved an apt title.
As expected, episode three of the final season in the Game of Thrones saga, which aired last night in America and will air tonight in the UAE, left fans reeling. But it wasn't only because of who may have died and who stayed alive (don't worry, we're not saying anything).
The biggest talking point among Thronies across the world last night was not about who emerged victorious at the Battle of Winterfell, but the fact that the lighting was so dark they couldn't even see what was going on.
The battle takes place at night, so it's easy to understand the dim lighting choices, however, it turns out the crew could have done with shedding a bit more light on the storyline.
Cue the memes and great social-media reactions.
The episode will air at 11pm tonight on OSN First.
