Lady Gaga has just dropped another collaboration track, this time with K-pop girl group Blackpink. The song, titled Sour Candy, is off the American singer's new record Chromatica, which will be released on Friday, May 29.

The catchy dance track runs for more than two-and-a-half minutes and features both lyrics in English and Korean. It was viewed almost 3.7 million times in four hours after being uploaded to YouTube.

The tune samples What They Say by Maya Jane Coles, which was previously heard in Katy Perry's Swish Swish and Girls Like by Tinie Tempah and Zara Larsson.

Early reactions to the song are mostly positive, with the exception of some fans wishing the tune was longer overall.

It is the third song to be released from Lady Gaga's album, which was originally scheduled to be dropped April 20, but the launch was delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Another single from the album, Rain On Me, a collaboration between Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande, was the biggest Spotify debut of 2020. It reached the top of the the Global and US Spotify Charts upon release and No 1 on the Apple Global Chart. She released the album's first single, Stupid Love, in February.

Meanwhile, Blackpink announced that the group will be putting out a new full-length album in September, with plans for a new single to drop in June. It's their first new album release in over a year.

"As we've prepared for this album for a long time, we will release contents in three different terms, so that the group will get opportunities to visit the fans with more contents and performances," the band's label YG Entertainment said.
