K-pop band Exo is about to conquer another Dubai landmark: the Burj Khalifa

First they took over the Dubai Fountain, now we can expect a three-minute light and sound show on the world's tallest building

First the Dubai Fountain, now the Burj Khalifa: K-pop band Exo will be getting their own LED show on the facade of the world's tallest building. Taking place on Saturday, July 14 at 8.10pm, fans of the band can enjoy a three-minute light and sound show to the group's hit Power – the same song that was added to the list of melodies at the Dubai Fountain earlier this year.

Here's a glimpse of the Dubai icon looking very poppy: 

Back in April, Exo made an appearance in Dubai as part of the SM Town Live concert, where they performed with other K-pop acts from SM Entertainment, including BoA, Girls' Generation, SHINee, Red Velvet, and more.

Their fan base loves Exo + the Burj Khalifa 

Upon hearing news of the announcement, Exo-Ls (one of the nicknames given to the boy band's fan base) took to social media to celebrate the news of the band's latest achievement:

Exo is currently on their fourth world tour. The Dubai light show will fall on the second day of their three-day encore concert, which will be held in Seoul, so it's unlikely Exo will be in Dubai for the show (whereas they flew in for the Fountain show earlier this year).
