Billie Eilish’s highly anticipated James Bond theme song has been released, and it’s every bit as haunting as you would expect.

The 18-year-old, who recently became a five-time Grammy Award winner, has released the song for the upcoming No Time To Die movie. She is the youngest person to ever record a Bond theme song, joining the likes of Adele, Sam Smith, and Madonna.

Eilish co-wrote the song alongside her brother Finneas. “I should have known, I'd leave alone. Just goes to show, that the blood you bleed is just the blood you owe," the lyrics begin. The chorus sings, "Fool me once, fool me twice, are you death or paradise? Now you'll never see me cry, there's just no time to die."

Shortly after Eilish was confirmed as the vocalist on No Time To Die's theme song, the star said it was something she had been working towards her whole life.

“Bond is so dope, it is like the coolest movie franchise in the world. It was a crazy call and a crazy last couple of months,” she said during a radio interview. “It is something me and my brother have been trying to write our whole lives.”

People are already loving the song on social media. “Best JB song in ages. That opening piano. Beautifully chilling,” one user wrote, while another added, “An Oscar nomination? Maybe? Who knows?”

No Time To Die, which is set to be released on March 31, is the 25th Bond movie and will be Daniel Craig's last outing as 007. American-Egyptian star Rami Malek will play the villain.

The plot will see Bond enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica after leaving active service before an old friend, Felix Leiter, from the CIA turns up asking for help. Bond embarks on a mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist, which puts him on the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.
