See DXB-YVR, a reflective exhibition that presents the 21st International Symposium on Electronic Art (ISEA 2015) and the city of Vancouver through the eyes of design students from the UAE and Canada.
The name of the exhibition reflects the airport codes of Dubai and Vancouver, where four students from Dubai Design District travelled in August to take part in the symposium. The interactive art event brought together more than 450 artists from around the world to learn about new artistic research, design and media technologies.
The showcased artwork features graphics, illustrations, objects, photographs, sound and video about the first d3 educational trip.
