Muslim unity
Delegates at the OIC summit vowed to worked together towards unity in the Muslim world and they also pledged to "reject all causes of political dissensions and discords, sectarian strife and fragmentation".
Palestinian call
The meeting also reiterated calls for an "end to the Israeli occupation of Arab and Palestinian territories" and fully supported efforts by the Palestinians' to become a full UN member.
Regime's suspension
In suspending Syria, the summit argued that "Syrian authorities shoulder the responsibility for the continued acts of violence" and called for an immediate end to the spiralling conflict.
Myanmar violence
The OIC condemned the "policy of violence" of the Myanmar government toward minority Rohingya Muslims and demanded the community's rights be restored.

Muslim Council of Elders condemns terrorism on religious sites
The Muslim Council of Elders has strongly condemned the criminal attacks on religious sites in Britain.
It firmly rejected “acts of terrorism, which constitute a flagrant violation of the sanctity of houses of worship”.
“Attacking places of worship is a form of terrorism and extremism that threatens peace and stability within societies,” it said.
The council also warned against the rise of hate speech, racism, extremism and Islamophobia. It urged the international community to join efforts to promote tolerance and peaceful coexistence.
