Step aside 3-D cinema, here comes Dubai's 6-D

The show lasts only five minutes, but it promises to be a moving experience.

DUBAI // The UAE's first "6-D" cinema has opened at a new dinosaur-themed recreation facility in Oasis Centre.

While the 6-D experience only lasts five minutes and can accommodate no more than four people at a time, it promises moving seats and environmental effects such as wind coupled with 3-D movie clips for a complete sensory experience.

The cinema can be found in the Thrill Zone, a 4,700 sq ft facility on the third level of the Oasis Centre.

It also includes a laser tag arena and can be hired out for children's birthday parties.
