A new Swiss embassy was opened in Abu Dhabi on Thursday by Badr Al Matrooshi, acting director of European Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The opening was attended by Marie-Gabrielle Ineichen-Fleisch, state secretary and director of the foreign economic affairs directorate of Switzerland, and Andrea Reichlin, the Swiss ambassador, among others.
At the ceremony, Ms Ineichen-Fleisch emphasised the deep relations between the UAE and Switzerland.
