DUBAI // A 28-year-old painter who pleasured himself in a Carrefour supermarket has been sentenced to three months in jail.
Egyptian MA was also convicted by the criminal court of molestation after he was caught on closed-circuit cameras groping a woman shopper.
The footage taken at 6pm on February 5 showed M A walking by a woman near the cashier desk and touching her backside.
She turned around and spoke to him but did not lodge a complaint.
Another film taken on the same day showed him pleasuring himself while walking round the shop.
Prosecutors said that he had been seen several times before committing the same act.
M A will be deported after completion of his jail term.
