      Dr Patrick Noack is executive director of future, foresight and imagination at the Dubai Future Foundation. He has been active in the scenarios and foresight space for the past 20 years, in government, the United Nations and private sector. His work has taken him across five continents to explore technical topics of diseases up to broader issues of climate change and migration. Technology foresight and innovation have been central to some of his appointments, including within the Royal Society, the UK’s national academy of sciences.
