Florentino Perez, the Real Madrid president, is plotting a football revolution in Europe after calling for the continent's biggest clubs to create a new Super League. Perez, 62, wants to alter the face of European football, and has criticised Uefa's handling of the Champions League. "We have to agree a new European Super League which guarantees that the best always play the best - something that does not happen in the Champions League," said Perez.
Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo believes the Spanish Primera Division will leave its English counterpart trailing in terms of quality next season following Real Madrid's summer spending spree. "The Premier League is a very good competition, but I think that the Spanish league is going to have a little more quality because of the players that are arriving," said Ronaldo.

Real estate tokenisation project
Dubai launched the pilot phase of its real estate tokenisation project last month.
The initiative focuses on converting real estate assets into digital tokens recorded on blockchain technology and helps in streamlining the process of buying, selling and investing, the Dubai Land Department said.
Dubai’s real estate tokenisation market is projected to reach Dh60 billion ($16.33 billion) by 2033, representing 7 per cent of the emirate’s total property transactions, according to the DLD.
