Royal Challengers Bangalore 235-1 in 20 overs (De Villiers 133 no, Virat Kohli 82 no, Lasith Malinga 1-27) beat Mumbai Indians 196-7 9 in 20 overs (Lendl Simmons, Kieron Pollard 49; Harshal Patel 2-36).

Virat Kohli helped himself to 82 not out to set a target of 236 for the Indians. Lendl Simmons’ 68 was not enough in the reply and Bangalore moved up to fourth in the table.
Chennai Super Kings 157-5 (Brendon McCullum 81, Faf Du Plessis 29; Chris Morris 3-19) beat Rajasthan Royals 145-9 (Shane Watson 28, Sanju Samson 26; Ravindra Jadeja 4-11).
Brendon McCullum’s 81 helped Chennai Super Kings take the top of the table as their 157 was too much for Rajasthan Royals to chase.
