The Hilton Al Ain has reopened its main restaurant Flavours after a lengthy refurbishment. Frequent guests will remember the dated venue, which has been entirely revamped in a contemporary Arabic setting with bright colours, patterns and ornaments from both the traditional and modern world.
There is a new private dining area that can seat families or groups of up to 10 people. The terrace seating — which now includes a bar — offers views of the pool and gardens. The menu is also new — designed by Turkish executive chef Inana Dorgru. The restaurant’s themed nights should entice diners back for repeat visits. On Monday, it’s seafood night; Tuesday, it’s Italian; Wednesday dishes up Asian fare; Arabic food is served on Thursday and every Friday, guests are treated to Turkish cuisine. Brunch is also served on Fridays.
Jacques Claudel, general manager of Hilton Al Ain, said: “We are proud [of] the newly renovated Flavours restaurant offering dishes from all over the world that appeal to both Arab and non-Arab guests. Our aim is to offer the finest dining experience so everything has been carefully selected, from the decor, lighting and music to the menu.”
The renovation of Flavours is part of the hotel’s overall refurbishment, which will be rolled out in stages. It will include renovations to the gym, pool, pool bar, lobby and atrium wing guest rooms with an executive floor.
• Flavours is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 6:30am to 11pm. For more information call 03768 6666.
