Head to the Hilton Abu Dhabi for a taste of Malaysia this week. The Hilton’s Malaysian food festival will offer signature cuisine from the Southeast Asian country at La Terrazza restaurant.
The hotel has flown in executive sous chef Wong Song Ying from the Hilton Kuching, who has 14 years experience cooking up Malaysian cuisine. He’ll bring two signature dishes to the capital — his barbecued fish with spicy shrimp paste and Sarawak laksa (a soup that comes from the island of Borneo in Malaysia) among other delicacies.
