The British Fashion Awards were held in the capital's Royal Albert Hall on December 2, drawing an A-list crowd that included Rihanna, Julia Roberts, Cate Blanchett and Kylie Minogue.

The ceremony, hosted by actress Tracee Ellis Ross, saw Bottega Veneta creative director Daniel Lee pick up three of the night's top prizes: Designer of the Year, British Designer of the Year – Womenswear and Accessories Designer of the Year.

Luxury leather goods and clothing label Bottega Veneta was also named Brand of the Year.

The awards, which were also attended by Naomi Campbell, Emilia Clarke, Lewis Hamilton and Donatella Versace, also honoured Italian designer Giorgio Armani, who took home the Outstanding Achievement trophy.

The designer, who founded his eponymous label in 1975, was recognised for his "creativity and vision of timeless style and care for detail, that have provided such inspiration to so many in the industry".

The Designer of the Year - Menswear, meanwhile, went to Dior's Kim Jones, while Adut Akech claimed Model of the Year, Naomi Campbell was named Fashion Icon, and Rihanna's label Fenty took home the Urban Luxe award.

Alexander McQueen's creative director Sarah Burton picked up the Trailblazer Award, while Christopher Kane was named the Designers' Designer.
