Legoland Water Park is officially reopening this weekend. The family-friendly destination is throwing open its doors on Thursday – perfect timing for children on their spring break.

The Lego-themed park will be open on weekends, from 10am to 6pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday each week.

Anyone who leaves the park from 5pm will be able to exit via the main Legoland Dubai Theme Park, getting an hour to explore the park's rides and attractions as part of their water park ticket price.

Owing to reduced capacity, online booking is required for both day ticket guests and annual pass holders, with the latter required to make an entrance reservation in advance.

One-day tickets cost Dh220 per person when booked online. That includes unlimited access to all of the rides at the park and children aged 3 and under enter for free (ID is required).

Some of the most popular rides include the Build-a-Raft River, Twin Chasers and family-sized raft ride. There are also splash pools, a wave pool and slides.

For a limited time, children will eat free at Waves Bistro after 4pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
