Emaar Properties plans to launch off plan sales for another of its Arabian Ranches villa developments as the company taps high investor demand in Dubai.

It will start to sell 55 off plan new villas at its Arabian Ranches development on the outskirts of Dubai on Saturday, the company announced in a series of advertisements as Emaar continues with its plan to launch new off plan schemes at a rate of around one a week.

Emaar did not disclose how much the new homes would cost.

Emaar said that the project, located in its original Arabian Ranches development located at the crossroads of Al Qudra and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, would overlook the Arabian Ranches golf course.

The Spanish style Aseel villas will include four, five, six and seven bedroom properties comprising between 3,434 square feet and 6,006 square feet.

The developer said that online registration to purchase villas would open on its website on Wednesday, May 28, while a sales launch would take place at Emaar Pavilion, on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard Dubai at 10am on Saturday.

Potential buyers paying 30 per cent of the property’s value will be able to skip the queue and register early if they agree to hold onvto the unit until construction completion.

Yesterday Emaar announced that it had received approval from the Security and Commodities Authority to list 25 per cent of the shares in its retail and malls division on the Dubai Financial Market.

Elsewhere in Dubai, Seven Tides has just launched a new phase at its luxury Anantara Residences on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, while Dubai Properties says it has responded to demand with the launch of more than 200 villas at Mudon.
