New York police officer uses crisps bag to save stabbing victim
A New York police officer saved the life of a man who was stabbed by using a crisps bag and some tape to stop the bleeding until an ambulance could arrive. The New York Police Department stated that the attending physician at Harlem Hospital said the victim would have died if not for Officer Ronald Kennedy's quick thinking.
