US President Donald Trump is a man who has never met a red carpet he didn't like. So his hosts roll them out and try to cope with his dislike of multi-lateral diplomacy. Fresh from a visit to Japan, Mr Trump is on a first state visit to Britain, where he will be treated to tea with Queen Elizabeth II at Windsor Castle and a round of golf in Scotland on a course he owns. But despite his hosts pulling out all the stops for the American president's visit, he is likely to "breathe fire" on outgoing prime minister Theresa May.
