ABU DHABI // Seven women forced into prostitution killed their captor by strangling him, prosecutors said yesterday.
They were lured from Bangladesh by a man posing as a recruitment adviser in Ajman, but when they arrived in the UAE they were taken to Al Ain and forced into prostitution, according to prosecutors.
The man stole their passports and kept them locked up, so the women decided to kill him and escape, it has been claimed.
One of the women offered to give him a massage but when he lay down the rest surrounded him and pinned him down before strangling him with a piece of cloth.
The case has been referred to the Criminal Court.
