UAE traffic: Abu Dhabi's Sheikh Zayed Bridge reopens, but traffic still backlogged

Sheikh Zayed Bridge outbound was closed earlier this morning in Abu Dhabi with authorities urging commuters to take an alternative route.

The closure was reported closed at 7:26 am, with congestion backed up just before Khalifa Park. The bridge has been reopened, but heavy congestion remains.

There is also slow-moving traffic inbound.

In Dubai, slow moving traffic is reported in E11 near Dubai Investment Park, D63 heading into Studio City and Al Ain Road to Dubai.
