Winter weather will continue to dominate weather patterns on Wednesday and into Thursday as temperatures struggle to climb above 21°C.
It will be as cool as 14°C in the northern emirates, but a fine, dry day for much of the UAE.
Cloudy skies will continue to keep temperatures down in Abu Dhabi and Dubai before a change in the weather conditions overnight.
Rain clouds will begin to build into Thursday morning with the highest risk of a shower forecast in eastern areas according to the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology where temperatures during the day will peak at about 23°C.
Brisk winds reaching 25 kilometres per hour will increase the risk of blowing dust, particularly inland what could reduce visibility for drivers on some roads.
A period of more unsettled weather with more widespread shower is forecast into the weekend.
