Fog formed over some areas of the country this morning with conditions expected to linger to mid-morning. Areas covered by fog include Al Ruwais and its surroundings, and Madinat Zayed in the west. Otherwise, today will be hot and hazy in general; the temperature is expected to hit 40°C at noon. There is a chance of blowing dust over some areas in the afternoon. Mist and fog are also expected tonight through to early morning hours. There are no signs of light rainfall in Al Ain, which experienced light rain yesterday afternoon in Al Hili and Khatam Al Shakla.
