UAE weather: Dubai and Abu Dhabi set for sunny Christmas Day

The UAE is set for mainly sunshine on Christmas Day, with some low clouds appearing in western areas.

Wind speeds may reach up to 36 kilometres per hour in mountainous regions on Wednesday, the National Centre of Meteorology said.

Relative humidity will increase during Wednesday evening through to Thursday morning, the weather bureau said.

Temperatures could reach 26°C in Abu Dhabi and 27°C in Dubai, the NCM said.

It will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman.
