Sharjah Police have arrested 210 runaways, street vendors and illegal immigrants in three weeks.
The arrests were part of the emirate’s campaign to curb illegal activities that pose a danger to residents.
Those in custody have been referred to the relevant departments.
Police urged residents not to have dealings with illegal migrants, as they could be held legally liable and faced sanctions.
They urged residents to report any suspicious activities.
