Sarwat is the space editor at The National and oversees the space coverage at the organisation. She has a keen interest in human spaceflight, private space industry and interplanetary missions. A graduate of Murdoch University, she joined The National in 2020. She previously worked with Khaleej Times and 7Days covering space and education.
