Olympic torch arrives in Tokyo ahead of opening ceremony

The Olympic torch arrived at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government ahead of the official opening of the Tokyo 2020 Games. Because of coronavirus measures, torch bearers did not run through central Tokyo but instead performed the "torch kiss" where torch bearers passed the flame to each other
