Karawan, Cairo's clown prince, brings cheer to Egypt's young cancer patients

Mofeed Eissa, known as Karawan, dresses up as a clown to visit children at an Egyptian cancer hospital where he performs tricks, plays music and tells jokes to patients to alleviate their suffering.
