Egypt wants to regulate its popular tuktuks

The Egyptian government is moving to try and regulate tuktuks through national licensing and a push to natural gas-powered minivans in hopes of creating a safer and more accountable system. Drivers are mixed on the proposal, saying the minivans would be too expensive and hard to get around narrow streets.
