Essentials: travel journals

  • English
  • Arabic

Enough tweeting and texting. You want your thoughts and impressions to be recorded for posterity, don't you? Or, at least, for yourself to re-read, in two, 10, 20 years' time. So put your phone away. Spare your friends another update. Instead, just open your eyes and note what you see. Don't snap it, observe it. Then go to a cafe and do as travellers have always done, down the centuries. Take out your travel journal. Start writing.
