Abu Dhabi Fitness event Plan to take part in the first Cycle for Health UAE event on Saturday this week, which includes a leisurely 1.9-kilometre ride around the National Stadium and nearby roads at Zayed Sports City. Additionally, as part of its Love Your Heart campaign for World Health Day, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi will conduct health screenings, exercise information sessions, learn-to-ride programme for children and adults as well as heart-healthy cooking demonstrations. There will be bicycles and helmets available for complimentary use, bouncy castles, a healthy food truck and more. The event will run on the last Saturday of every month.
