While the weather is still perfect for it, why not catch a free movie screening under the stars?

An open-air cinema pop-up is heading to Last Exit E11 and Last Exit Mad X as part of Dubai Food Festival: they will screen Hollywood films for free every weekend from Thursday, February 22 until Saturday, March 10 (scroll down for exact details on what movies are screening).

Those travelling from Abu Dhabi to Dubai or vice versa on Sheikh Zayed Road can stop at one of the food truck destinations and enjoy a classic alfresco set-up while watching a Hollywood movie.

They will have comfy bean bags for seating as well as an assortment of food options. Each location has a unique theme.

The E11 exit follows the theme of vintage roadside Americana. It has burgers as well as pizza, gelato, falafels, tacos and even seafood. On the other side, Mad X is themed as the post-apocalyptic world of Mad Max. It serves Indian street food, hot dogs, Chinese, Thai and sushi and more.
