BEYOND Developments has unveiled its second signature project within the fast-emerging prime waterfront destination of Dubai Maritime City.

The launch of high-end community Orise follows the phenomenal sold-out success of the company’s debut project, Saria.

BEYOND Developments says Orise will continue to set new standards in waterfront living as it blends “urban convenience and serene tranquility” beside the Arabian Sea.

The off-plan project is designed by globally renowned Nabil Gholam Architects, with interiors curated by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), one of the world’s top hospitality design practices.

BEYOND’s master-planned community within Dubai Maritime City is swiftly becoming one of Dubai’s most discussed property hotspots, with Orise and Saria at the heart of development.

The two- and three-bedroom chalets average between 2,023 sq ft and 2,475 sq ft. Simplex and duplex penthouses, meanwhile, will boast an average area of 5,486 sq ft, while a signature collection of premium units will average 3,114 sq ft.

The project’s extensive resort-style amenity package it set to include a waterfront drop-off and Mediterranean-style landscaped driveways.

Children’s indoor and outdoor areas and a vibrant BBQ zone with sunset views ensure this is a family-friendly destination while Orise will meet LEED green standards by integrating sustainable building practices with smart technologies, including home automation features and responsive architecture.
