epa08310652 A handout screen grab taken from Hezbollah's al-Manar TV shows Hezbollah's Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah delivering his speech in an Al-Manar TV broadcast in Beirut, Lebanon, 20 March 2020. Nasrallah spoke about the Lebanese-American Amer Fakhoury, who was detained in Lebanon in September 2019, where he was released by decision of the Lebanese Military Court, after which the president of the court resigned, and Nasrallah held the court responsible. Fakhoury, a 57-year-old New Hampshire resident, was accused of overseeing the torture of Lebanese at a prison in south Lebanon in the 1980s and 1990s, while being a part of an Israeli-backed militia during the Israeli occupation, a charge he denies. Nasrallah spoke also about the Coronavirus COVID-19 crisis and praised what the government and the Ministry of Health are doing, and expressed no objection if the Ministry of Health deems it necessary to quarantine some suspicious cities in order to preserve the health of citizens.
