In pictures: Crowds in Sistan and Baluchestan greet President Hassan Rouhani

As negotiatons over Iran's nuclear programme continued in Vienna, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani was touring his country's most troubled province, Sistan and Baluchestan. Mr Rouhani was elected on a promise to improve Iran's economy by ending Iran's international isolation but is now facing increase criticism over his domestic policies. The National was the only foreign media to travel with the president on his third procincial tour since he was elected.
