An accident on the Abu Dhabi-bound carriageway of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, after Mirdif Bridge, is causing congestion
Police urged motorists to be extra cautious and always keep their eyes on the road.
Other reports said there was congestion due to an incident on the Dubai-Al Ain road before Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road intersection towards Dubai.
Delays were also reported on Al Khail Road towards Jebel Ali due an incident before the Safa/Wasl Exit at 8.30am.
There are no reports of injuries or deaths.
