Infrastructure works totalling Dh257 million will begin in Mohammed Bin Zayed City and Mussaffah this month, and will continue for 15 months.
Internal roads and public utilities extending 7.8 kilometres will be built in the first phase, and 400 hectares of car parks will be built in the second. Street 26 in Mussaffah will also be widened to three lanes in each direction.
The total area of Mohammed Bin Zayed City is about 5,000ha, including more than 7,200 plots: 5,275 residential and 1,557 commercial.
