An Emirates Red Crescent convoy has arrived in Jordan packed with hundreds of tonnes of relief supplies for Syrian refugees.
Convoy 15 has now reached the Emirati-Jordanian Camp and is the second batch of aid being provided to those in need.
The convoy was made up of a number of lorries with large quantities of food staples, winter clothing, blankets, dates and basic supplies for children.
Humaid Rashid Al Shamsi, ERC’s deputy secretary general of International Aid, said the organisation was continuing to work to provide humanitarian aid to refugees in Jordan and Lebanon.
