Abdel Hameed Alyousef lost his wife and 9 month old twin babies named Aya and Ahmad in addition to 13 of his family members in the chemical attack. The grief-stricken father said: " Dear God took Ahmad and Aya, I am not upset over this. Gulf countries do not deliver an international society which they speak of. We will be patient until the last day and the victory will come. We are not the first nor the last. Our children have been dying in our hands for 6 years. No one seems to help." Assad Regime struck Khan Shaykhun district of Idlib in Syria with a chemical weapon leaving at least 100 civilians, including women and children, dead and at 500 affected from the gas.
