Joe Wicks The Body Coach is set to film the world’s tallest HIIT workout inside the Burj Khalifa.
The fitness coach and social media personality has been in the UAE for the past week as part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge.
He ran a 10K on Saturday, October 25 and attempted a world record for the world’s largest HIIT workout at Skydive Dubai on Saturday, October 26.
While Wicks failed to set a new world record, he did manage to achieve the largest ever HIIT class held in the Middle East.
Wicks will be filming the workout on Friday morning, and is set to share it on his YouTube channel shortly. His channel, The Body Coach TV, has more than 700,000 subscribers and posts regular easy-to-follow at-home HIIT workouts.
Posting on his Instagram account, he said: "Just found out I’ve got permission to film a HIIT workout later on top of the @burjkhalifa in Dubai.The worlds tallest building. Does this make it the worlds highest recorded HIIT workout too? Can’t wait to share this one. Coming soon on TheBodyCoachTV."
As well as his World Record attempts, Wicks has been visiting a number of schools in Dubai to hold HIIT classes and teach children about the benefits of fitness.

Labour dispute
The insured employee may still file an ILOE claim even if a labour dispute is ongoing post termination, but the insurer may suspend or reject payment, until the courts resolve the dispute, especially if the reason for termination is contested.
