The 23rd annual Hollywood Film Awards took place in Beverly Hills on Sunday night, with some of the biggest names in American cinema getting together for the occasion. The awards have been running since 1997, and are widely considered the "official launch" of the Hollywood film season, which culminates with the Academy Awards.
